The rules for using Slot to publish services and manage online bookings.
The service
Slot provides a public marketplace profile, an optional business page, an embeddable booking widget, scheduling, client records and notifications. The business remains responsible for its services, prices, schedules and published information.
Account and access
Businesses must keep sign-in credentials confidential and report unauthorised access. Unlawful use, bypassing security controls and interfering with other users are prohibited.
Fees
Business subscriptions are billed through Stripe under the selected plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period shown in Stripe. Failed payments may pause new bookings while existing records remain available.
Data processing
For a business’s client-booking data, the business is controller and Slot is processor. Slot processes that data only to provide the service under documented settings and protects it through confidentiality, access controls, backups and incident procedures.
Availability and liability
Slot takes reasonable measures to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by mandatory law and the fees paid for the relevant period.
Termination and changes
A business can cancel its subscription through Stripe. Material changes to these terms are announced before they take effect. Latvian law applies unless mandatory rules state otherwise.
